So it has been a few months since my last post and it is simply because I have been so busy with businesses and also me and my fellow New Yorkers started a new thing. We decided we are going to travel all of Long Island, NY and make some short videos and also blog posts on what places should be visited over the summer. So I have plenty of blogging to do now. One of my first places I went to was First and South a cozy little restaurant in Greenport, NY. Here is a picture below. Had great burgers and wine!
We went from Greenport to Shelter Island, over to Montauk to take amazing pictures and back to celebrate one of first wine party events that we put together. What an incredible time we had. The ferry ride was beautiful and the party was a blast.
I recently got involved investing in a Long Island photo booth and event business because as I mentioned in one of my recent posts I can tell this was a hot new trend and every party should have one along with a great DJ because they are so much fun if you have a quality service and booth of course. Yes, there is a difference in quality and I did my research before investing believe me. Some photo booth services have cheap, flimsy and small booths with not such a great camera. We use the best out on the market.
So we had our first event over the summer in June at a popular vineyard on the north fork of Long Island and it was a tremendous success. Over 300 people attended and we had our VIP section set up, two unique photo booths, tents, a Dj and the rest of the energetic staff.
We believe in really making your event unforgettable. With my background in business and traveling all over I can honestly say it has changed my views on many things. That is why I encourage everyone to get out of your bubble and travel, explore different places, try new things and if you’re passionate about something turn it into a side business.
If you do decide to start a business from your heart here is a great entrepreneur article for you to read to get motivation and inspired on steps to turning your passion into something more. I own multiple businesses around America and I love creating and seeing joy in others
My next blog will include some great people that I have met over the summer along with some quick video clips of some of the places we experienced on Long Island. Som many Long Islanders do not get out enough and enjoy this beautiful place.
